1.) The theme of the conference will be Designers vs. Developers. I think there will be a parity of Star Trek vs. Star Wars that plays out throughout the conference. Of course Designers are Trekies and programmers are the more sophisticated Star Wars fans.
2.) Multi-Touch native input support. How can you go mobil without multi-touch native support..

Haha, awesome. I'd love to see this list broken down into priorities, you basically covered most of the Flash enhancements I hear people wanting.
